Детский омбудсмен Ксения Мишонова, following the governor of the Moscow region, Andrey Vorobyev, visited the hospital where 9-year-old Gleb is being treated, a teenager who had his fingers detached after an explosion of a booby-trapped mine, which her child picked up on the street in Krasnogorsk.
The ombudsman, reporting on the visit, inexplicably stated that 9-year-old Gleb, who after the operation “almost constantly sleeps” and has “a strong pain syndrome”, “considers himself a supporter of Vladimir Putin”. Gleb’s mother, Galina, “still can’t come to her senses from horror”, as stated in the same message by Miroshina, since “everything could have ended even worse”.
“… together with my mother, we decided that Gleb, at the cost of his injured hand, became a warning to everyone. He fulfilled his heroic mission. He drew everyone’s attention to the problem that currently exists,” concludes Mishonova.
The day before, Governor Andrey Vorobyev visited Gleb in the Roshal Center. “Galina, stop crying!” he told the child’s mother when journalists were filming the meeting. “Such a tragedy happened… But it’s not that scary… Hold on, please.” Vorobyev promised support to Gleb, praised him for his courage and sports activities, and then suggested the teenager to “be friends” and invited the family to visit for “a cup of tea” after recovery.
The teenager underwent surgery, his fingers were amputated on the right hand, and there were fractures on the left. Doctors say his condition is still serious. On November 11, the teenage boy from Krasnogorsk picked up a “tube” with a 10-ruble bill on the street, which exploded in his hands. According to experts, the explosive power was 10 grams of TNT. The Investigative Committee is investigating a case of attempted murder.
On November 13, a rolled-up 10-ruble bill with a protruding cord was found in the Moscow district of Mitino, but in the end, the object “poses no danger,” as reported by the news agency.
